Oil Change message this soon?
The computer is suppose to base your oil change intervals by your driving habits. So, lots of stop and go and hard throttle will result in an oil change sooner. The same goes for opposite only the intervals well be further apart. I have 3600 on mine and I'm wishing mine would go off to change...- MK12RAM

Trans or MDS issue?
I noticed mine was acting a little "weird" when I had less than 1000 miles on it but now after 3500 miles everything runs good. Throttle response is better and down shifts happen when they need too (not often though because the 3.92 rear end I have helps with it pulling up hills). Sounds like...- MK12RAM

mpg's with a 3.92 rear end
About 15-15.5 city and highway is around 18-21 depending on how level the road is. Still happy with the MPG's I get with the Ram compared to the Xterra SUV I traded in for the Ram. Sent from my ADR6400L using Tapatalk 2 -
MK12RAM's Ram
Just swapped out the factory headlight bulbs with silverstars. Swapping them out was more work than it ever should be. I had to remove the grill to get the bulbs out. Atleast it all goes back together rather quickly -Before- -After-- MK12RAM

Resetting oil change indicator message
can you reset the oil indicator before it actually comes on? for example, if you change the oil according to mileage and not the computer. -

Thinking about changing tires: Toyo A/T II
I figured out about a week ago that I'll never lift my truck. Killed a pretty good size deer (160-170lbs dressed) and had to pick the damn thing up and lift it into the back. An extra 2-3" of lift would have made it almost impossible. I also understand on the tires. I mounted some bigger AT... -

Hauled my first deer of the season out of the woods and got to break in the bed of the RAM! Nice 10-pointer. Good thing I workout because getting his ass in the back by myself was.... interesting.
