    If when you stick a screw driver up there and the light clicks and comes on maybe you need to turn the lens around. It is just my guess as I do not know what your interior looks like as the Rebel interior is slightly different.

    My 2wd is sitting on a 2 inch level and with bilstein 4600s and you cannot see them so I am going to go with wsutard1 and say it will be a waste of time to paint them. If it is that much of an issue then buy shock boots to cover them. Sent from my SM-T550 using Tapatalk
