    I don't understand why you put 4.56 gears in if your only running 31" tires? Your not going to really get better mileage by changing to the 4.56's unless your running bigger tires then you will only gain back what mileage you lost. The 3.73 and 3.92's are more then efficient up to a 35" tires...

    If anything, I would remove the 1" and put a 3" on in its place. I didn't even know they made a 1" body lift. I thought most of them were 2 and 3". But to place a 3" on top of the 1" would be a disaster! And of course, when you lift the body off the frame 3" there will be some fabrication...

    315's on a 2500 with level.

    Many years ago I ran the 315's on stock rims on a 1500 and had no problems with rubbing at all. All I did was crank the torsion bars to level the front of mine.

    Best mileage with 37's

    With 37's I would go with 4.56 gears. I have that set up and I can get 13 to 14 mpg, have already got higher then that if I keep my foot off the gas and use cruise control with highway driving. But for the most part, I average 13 to 14 with mine.

    Tires running small??

    Actually, most tires run smaller then listed. Usually 35's are around 34" and some change. The 37's are about 36¼". The 35x12.5 Interco's I have are just a little over 34"
