The spark plug furthest toward the firewall on drivers side came out looking pretty rough for 39000 miles on a 2012... What do you guys think could this have caused any issues should I be worried now that they are all new again?

I ordered oem flares has anyone had these painted? they say they can be painted any color but the shop I called is worried about the medium grain texture I have a silver truck what are your thoughts??

I went with fluid film when I started seeing rust show up I actually sprayed rust converter on let cure then spray bombed it then coated everything with fluid film and looks like new under there yet will re-do fluid film each yr as it can wash off over time
