    You could glass it. That would be better than 1/4" of any bondo. I use a military grade metal epoxy with a special ABS gridded backpiece for extra "bite" and adhesive.     Excessive whining noise from amp

    Try taking a piece of wire and touch the outer shield of the RCA to the chassis of the head unit and see if it goes away. If it does then solder the wire to the outer shield and use a ring terminal and screw it in the the chassis. Pioneers are bad about this.

    Yeah, from the old 112 to the new 108. Undecided on bringing it down yet or not. Was going to buy new rims and tires but then bought another bike and gotta pull and replace/rebuild and the bottom end in it and still gotta put my other bike back together (its down to the frame)

    The bad thing about using a kit is it needs the piece to take up the 3/4" gap around the radio. While this does solve the install to dash issue, the other problem is now you have a bid ugly ring around the unit. Some guys like this and dont mind, I prefer a custom install NOT to require a it...

    Radio bezel question

    Yeah any Nav bezel will for for an 06-08. They didnt change until 09-12. You can do a Nav bezel and trim kit if you want and they look fine. As mentioned above, I do make a true custom double DIN bezel that looks better and doesnt need a kit to take up the space around the head unit

    Yeah, after taxes and shipping i was close to 500. At 350 for a set i would have bought them and used them on a set of lights. As rare as you see these, i dont undersrand why no one uses them. AAC did do a set and i sent a PM to Justin over on DT and like you, got no response. :(
