    It might be time to take it to a place with more sophisticated diagnostic tools. IIRC, there are certain codes that are not displayed even if they trip a fault. As an example, I believe air bag sensors are like this so that the code can't be cleared with normal (inexpensive) tools.

    My mistake; I didn't know what the kit contents were nor how far you were into the install. Since you've already got the the switch/relay/fuse set up,the power wire to the lights should be coming from the relay. Here's a typical diagram and you might find one at the manufacturer website.
