Identify Part? 2005 RAM 1500 Grille / Radiator "Clip"

Just did the passenger side this morning, due to 2 bolts being broken. After removing the manifold, I took a precision straight edge and found it warped 0.030", with cylinder 1 and 4 being bowed outward. I ground it down to within 0.002".
