NEW BATTERY, WON'T START

2006 RAM 1500 Hemi won't crank after shutting it down
The starter in my 2006 Ram 1500 Hemi wouldn't crank if I tried to start it shortly after shutting it down. However if It sat long enough, it cranked normally. engine wont start 06 1500 hemi
So yesterday after starting it the engine stoped after moving like 2 meters so checked the battery and everything and see that one of the copper terminals on the battery broke i tried stick the cables to the main terminal with locking pliers but nothing the cluster and everything works fine also...- eduardo23

2005 1500 4.7L cranks, start, sputters and dies.
No CEL at the moment, but it did have P0456, which I cleared, which made the condition worse. Prior to the code presenting, the exhaust smelled rich to me, and it seemed to be all of a sudden getting crap for gas mileage on that last little highway jaunt.
