I bought an 04 couple months ago. Had 135,500 on odometer. Truck looks and runs good. Appears to have been maintenanced regularly. Starting to have a lot of issues with front suspension. Looking like it may have significant higher mileage than on odometer. Change oil, filters, etc. The air filter had 177,346 11/7/11 in marker wrote on it. I'm trying to find out if the instrument panel has been changed out with lower mileage one. My question is should there be matching #s on the odometer cluster panel that match the truck vin#?

Only way to find out if the mileages don't match between the PCM and cluster is with scan tool. Are you anywhere close to MD?
