1 ton shortbed?

Hi, I have been looking for a while for a 99-02 3500 shortbed single rear wheels.

A couple questions that hopefully someone can answer, did dodge make a one ton with single rear wheels? I can only find duallys.

Did dodge make a 1 ton quadcab with a shortbed? I can only find 3/4 tons with shortbeds.

3500 srw didn't come out till 3rd gens(don't remember the exact year) so no
