1993 gas tank filter Help needed

i cut the bed put the new filter in .. and changed the front thing on the left fender .. still wont start help

Is the pump priming when you turn the key?
Do you have pressure at the rail?
Do you have spark?

Why on earth would you cut a hole in the bed floor just to replace a fuel pump or filter!?!?!

There is a lot of stupid stuff on youtube, but that doesn't mean you should do it!

if you can't hear the pump cycle when you turn the key on then you need to start testing the relays under the hood to see if you got power at them. if the pump is not getting power it will never fire.

i got a new pump from rock auto best price .. hands down .. installed it thursday
