1994 Dodge Ram 1500 - Jars uphills

I am new to the forum. I got my first Dodge vehicle a couple weeks ago and I have a weird jaring going on when I go up a incline. I have only felt it going up inclines at lower rpms (1500). Can somebody that has experienced something like this help me with getting this solved!

Not saying this is your problem but bad plug wires, bad dist cap and rotor or fouled up spark plugs when under a load such as climbing a hill at low rpm's make them selves known.
