1998 interior door panel?

I picked up a 98 and the PO did not know how to remove them. Every mounting point is broken, it was only held on with the 3 screws. Is there a sorce for replacments? Thanks.

Junkyard is about the only place I know of. When I tried to find a replacement for mine years ago, none could be found in the usual channels.
