2005 1500 4wd

I have Rancho shocks on it now(came that way). I wonder if changing them out would give it a better ride. Any recommendations?

I put some blistien shocks on my Tacoma and I can tell you it was way smoother and softer to ride. I noticed they sell the heavy duty shocks for the Dodge Ram I think they are the 4600's but not sure they make them for a lifted truck.
