I just did all of this last weekend turned out great but adding the vent tube to the cut out in the hvac unit to get rear vents working was a pita.

Mine didn't even have the duct work under the console bench. I had to order the duct parts speately. Then on the hvac drilled 4 holes with drill in cutout then used a keyhole saw to open it up. Then the duct piece that attaches to the hvac can be opened up and split in half. It's the only way to get it in without taking the whole dash apart. There are 2 metal brackets that bolt on the bottom they are connected to the metal support bracket. Take them loose gives you a little maneuvering room to pull out the lower part of the dash to get the vent in

I ran into some issues today but got thru them all. First the duct work I purchased did not tie into my factory system. Second the usb, aux and usb charger were not plug and play. I had to cut and splice. Next the bolts supplied to bracket didn't fit. I got console in. Next I need to secure. I'll do that in am.

First i installed front bracket [IMG]
Next I removed driver and passenger seats. There were 4 bolts on each seat.

Then I removed jump Seat loosening 5 bolts 4 attached to passenger seat and one on driver side [IMG]
Next I removed wire harness out jump seat and spliced the usb, aux, and sd card reader cables [IMG]

Then I cut my duct work and duct tape together so flush. Changing from single outlet to dual outlet
    I also installed second bracket

    Finally I installed console

When I went to install 4 bolts that hold the console on. The supplied bolts did not fit. I determined the bolt from dee see tailgate assist is right size. Going to buy tonight at Home Depot. Should wrap up in morning.

Did you use a console out of a truck older than 2013. Mine came out of a 2014 and was complete plug and play

Np expressman. I should also mention my truck is a crew cab. This could be different for those with other cab configurations. Going to wrap this up in a few hours. Stay tuned.
