I'm really looking into lifting my new 2016 CCLB 4x4 with 6.4L, just looking to see what other guys are running and what size tires you're running with them (and what offset wheels). I don't like having my tires stick out, so I'll likely be going with 18x9 wheels with a 0 or +18 offset. I liked the way my 17x9 +18 wheels looked on my 1500, so will likely go with the same.
I'm not sure if I want to go with a level and a 1" rear spacer to keep some rake, or do a full 4" lift.
