Yes they will fit, and you would need a harness to make them work. You can buy the harness from JJ @ Retroshop for $135. Once you have that installation is easy all plug and play

They will fit any 4th gen RAM. And you would need an adaptor (JJ @retroshop) for them to work in a non projector truck. I believe they are around $100-$120 for the conversion harness.
