which Bilsteins are recommended for the 2017 Ram 2500 to level the front end?

once level, what are the limits for height/width on tires using stock 20" wheels? and what offset works well for aftermarket wheels?

I see a lot of information out there for the 1500s but not as much for the 2500s.

thanks,
greg

They make a 5100 for lifted Trucks. The Shocks do not lift the Front end.

Depends if you are going aftermarket springs or spacers. The spacer kits utilize a extension for factory shocks. I think the Hellbent steel “ spacer kit” comes with proper billstins and doesn’t use a shock extension bracket. Once lvled if proper back spacing is used you can stuff a 37 under there.

Edit -
The 2500”s are spring and shock, not cool over like the 1500”s. That may be where your confusion is.

Do the spacers clunk around and make noise every time you hit a bump?

Nope, mine are quiet as a mouse over bumps. My kit also has a shock relocation bracket which helps with keeping proper shock geometry. I've used this kit on 3 2500 Rams and am very pleased with it.

The spacers I used bolted to the spring bucket, no chance of movement with them. They looked like the Tuff Country P/N MADDOG listed, but I can't remember who made them for sure.

I used fabtech dirt logic setup. 2.5 spacer up front. The spacers from fabtech just looked beefier than any spacer available. Will include pictures when I have chance.

thanks
