Hey, thanks for that! I just posed a Q below about if my SCSB could tow 6K or so. Digital chart has no exact configuration for me, but like what I'm seeing and generally puts it to ~7K or so.

I put my truck in, and the numbers don't match to what I have for capacity other than gvwr, which of course is limited by regulation, and I also understand it is just a general set of values. One confusing point, why does vtwr increase by 600 pounds going from 3.73 to 4.00 ratio. That vtwr is a product of payload capacity and for a general set of numbers it should remain static, at least I would think so. Since the data you enter into that website returns results for a general truck in the category that you're choosing, I would think that because payload capacity is a product of the model and options that a truck has, it should just remain static because changing to a different gear ratio with all else remaining the same would not change your payload capacity, correct?
