What is the largest tire you can fit on a stock 2014 2500? Will 17 inch rims fit on the 14? I'm looking at a 14 2500 6.4 and trying to negotiate a set of aftermarket rims and tires into the deal due to the deaership screwing me on another truck that had wheels and tires

17”s will fit, the tire shop just has to watch the placement of “inner wheel wheights” if they use them,

Most 2500s & 3500s use 18 & 20” wheels. My stock 1 ton has 20x8-54 offset I believe.

I'd go for 18's...you'll have a lot more tire choices down the road when it comes time for new rubber.

18x9, +12 - +18mm offset, 285/75r18 will fit with no level kit.

17s come stock on the Power Wagon. Just be careful with backspacing if you go with that size.

I just put 35 12.50 18s on my stock 18" wheels. Only rub is a little on the trailing arms at full lock.

Leveled or stock height? I'm thinking about 285 75 18s which work out to about a 35-10.50

Stock height for now. Plan on a 2" level sometime soon.

I have 35x12.5r20's on the stock rims and with a 1 1/2" level absolutely nothing rubs.

I have 295/60R20 STT Pros on stock 20s with completely stock suspension. Zero rubbing issues with what looks like plenty of room to run 35x12.5s. Wish I would have gone a little bigger.

That's odd. I wonder why the level kit would keep you from rubbing your track bars. I have the same size tires and stock 20s, but mine does rub on the bars a bit at full lock. Not a big deal to me. Maybe the side treads on my AT3Ws stick out a bit more. What tires are you running?

I have that same size tire in Cooper STT Pro with a 2 inch level on stock 18 inch chrome clad wheels. A little rubbing the radius arm at full lock isn't a big deal. Mine do it. Nothing to worry about. I just try to limit turning the wheel all the way as much as I can.
