Howdy, I'm looking at getting this and I've been looking around at some sites. Is 500$ right for the kit? That's not even including the gap gaurds. If its cheaper some where else let me know please.

Seems steep. I'd go with Moes-Performance.com

That's actually about the going price..I think I paid $400 for mine, and $58 for the gap guards.

Not trying to steal a thread because I had the same question about price. But does the frame really show at 3 inches and how hard is it to put on?

Check out some of my pics in my build..it shows, but not bad only about a few inches show. The steps hide it. As far as install I'm not to sure, I had mine done at a shop..but I've heard you need to make sure you have plenty of drill bits!

Install is pretty easy. Make sure you have a few extensions for the bed area, a cut off wheel, and more extensions for the steering extension. Oh and a few drill bits. Mine drilled great just use some lube like wd40 or tap magic is what I prefer. Install isn't to bad just takes time but fun and easy.

What did you have to drill. I have the kit at home waiting to be installed.

You have to drill where the front bumper mounts on to the frame the new brackets need I think just one hole drilled on each side, I did both lol. And the rear bumper needs to be notched above hitch plate.

What do you mean? You can use your hitch it doesn't change you have to cut a notch in your rear bumper in that area for raising the body. But your hitch stays intact.

Sorry. That was kinda open question. When the bumper and body go up. Is there a 3 inch gap between or does it go up with the bumper.

Price should be like $379 and $65ish from Bully's a sponsor on here. Email [email protected] he will respond quickly and can answer any questions they are who I got mine from. I personally didn't need tons of drill bits, I did break one but that is it. Biggest suggestion is extensions for removing the bolts from the bed. Also take your time with the steering extension it will pay off.
