Including myself, a few guys have inquired about RC's new 3" lift for the 1500's. No one has posted results on it yet, so here you go.

I'm at NTB right now getting some 35" Terra Grapplers. I'll post an update to show if/how they fit.

I'm not an expert in suspension components, so I don't have much to compare to besides the factory UCA's. As far as installing, it was very simple. The quality appears to be equal to or greater than factory. They do have a different angle for the ball point that corrects the angle of the joint.

I'll post more pictures when the weight of the truck is put back on, but for now, take a look.

Truck sits almost perfectly level. The final measurements show a true front lift of 3.5" and 1" exactly in the rear. Here are pictures of the UCA's with weight on the front. They look good. However, as the guy doing my alignment stated, my tie rods are now overextended which gave him a hard time aligning the front end. It is not quite where it needs to be. I have to call rough country in the morning and see if they have a fix for this (unless someone else here has any ideas), and redo my alignment.

As for the tires, there is rub at full lock in both directions. I have some 1/4" spacers that I'll put on, but I'm not sure it'll be enough. We'll see.

I've tested the 4wd up to 70 mph. No issues noticed. I don't do any kind of aggressive off-roading nor do I believe this kit was designed for it. What do the angles look like with a higher quality 4" lift?

I've definitely been considering this kit. I'm curious to see what Rough Country says about the tie rods. Where did you order your spacer from?

Spoke with Rough Country. They told me that there shouldn't be any issues with the tie rods, and recommended that I let a different shop look at my alignment.
Long story short, they were right. The guy at NTB was not experienced with lifted vehicles. I took it to an actual truck performance shop, and they agreed. The alignment was corrected and there are no issues now. As for the spacers, I took my wheels off to install them, and realized that the spacers were not centered. I am returning them to RC, and ordering some custom spacers. For now, there is some pretty bad rub in both directions, so I'll just have to be careful until the new spacers arrive.

I'm pretty happy with the end results. The kit is not as easy to install as most spacer kits. You'll need to be prepared to take your strut assembly apart as if you were going to change out the front shocks because there is a small spacer that goes inside the assembly as well as a small one on top.

What’s the thickness of the inside spacer? I don’t mind the kit idea but think bils would be nicer than the spacer. Preference maybe

There's two spacers. One inside the strut assembly, on top of the shock, and another on top of the assembly. Most leveling spacer kits that I have seen use only spacers on top of the assembly. I didn't measure the sizes of the two spacers.

As far as comparing this to bilsteins set at 2.8, that just breaks down to personal preference; because at that point you're only talking about $100 difference between the two kits and maybe a half inch difference. Either way you have to pull the assembly apart.

The lift kit is only $500 on Rough Country 's website. If you pay a shop to install it you can expect around 4 to 5 hours of labor charged to you.

Would have a moment to measure the visible portion of the pre-load spacer? Not the extension on top. No need for dissembling for this.

In this picture is that the factory sized tires? I don’t mind that look at all! I am sort of playing with the idea of a 2” mopar and worried the stock would look small.

The first photos were the factory Goodyear tires. The AT tires are 35x12.5
