4.7 headers

ok ive looked and called a bunch of places. no one seems to make headers for these motors. if so will other years 4.7 fit? its for a 2008 4.7 6 speed truck. rcsb

Is there much difference for 2-06 and 07-08 port and pipe routing 4.7 setups? Quick search mostly found headers for 02-06 models.

i know in 2008 the hp went to 310 and tq to 330. so i take it that its just a hoped up H.O. but wanted to see if anyone on here has had any luck with other year headers.

Might have to find you a local custom exhaust or engine shop man and have a set made.

That's funny...Autoanything lists JBA long tube headers for the 4.7...but they WILL NOT work on an 08+ 4.7, even though Autoanything says they will...go look on JBA's site...they do not even make a header for an 08+ 4.7....

Any of ya'll ever hear of airram.com? The owner has a 2002 4.7 ram QC, and he has alot done to it, and even makes his own parts.....not sure if he is on the forum tho

Just looked at his site...Nothing for the newer 4.7 either.

Thos are the same 4.7 headers AutoAnything offers...wont work on an 08.

yeah thats what i have found. 2007 back they have them. heck i have found them for 2008 up v6 . everybody has them if you have the 5.7. but the 4.7 is still in the dark
