What's up guys I'm currently running bils at 2.8 and stock rear height with a 34.7" tire... So here is the question I'm debating the zone 4-6" lift but I'm concerned with towing as I have the baby 3.55 gears and I tow a 21' boat that is roughly 3500lbs. Will the 6" be noticably different towing opposed to the 4"? I don't want to do any re-gearing and I may go up to the 35x12.5 tire in the future. What are you all who tow with a lifted trucks thoughts on this?

The biggest thing that's going to affect your performance is what size tires you run more than the actual lift itself. That being said the higher you lift the truck the less aerodynamic it will be and will probably be a little less stable for towing heavy weight the higher you get it. I have a 6 inch lift with 35 inch tires and my truck still tows my 19' foot boat fine. I have the 3:92s with the 8-speed so my gearing obviously is going to be a little different than your setup.

I have a 4" lift on 37's with 3.21's in my 2015. It has the tow package, when hauling a trailer or/ 19ft boat I don't notice a difference in towing. It is slower off the line with a trailer but handles the weight and load just fine
