My truck had the goose neck setup when I bought it. I also bought the 5th wheel adapter setup that allows me to place the 5th wheel into the goose neck hole in about 2 minutes. Got it from "e-tralers". Very happy with it.

I have a 2015 Ram 3500 and I just had the 5th wheel and the gooseneck packages installed. You will have to buy two kits the 5th wheel kit has the four mounts that you will need. The second kit will be the gooseneck package. They will just mount the center ball hardware and you will have two mounta left over. Then you have to buy your ball and your 5th wheel wiring connection for inside your bed of the truck. If you want parts numbers I can give you the ones I used. I found them all online and went to the dealship with the list. Take paperwork with online prices. The dealer will try to charge more. They honored the online prices for me. I talked it over with the parts guy then we talked it over with the body shop. It went pretty smooth.

Have you looked at the PullRite SuperLite 2400 hitch? Very light and easy to install. Also the tight tolerances makes for a smooth tow. No bumping and banging on starts/stops.

What hole saw did you use? The instructions say 3 1/2 in the tools needed area but on the measurement instructions it says 3 3/4 hole??

Getting ready to do this tomorrow
