'96 1500 needle reset??

I took a needle off from my gauge cluster and I can't seem to get it back to the factory setting. I would really appreciate any help.

How can I recalibrate my instrument cluster?

This will work, just mess with it until you get it back to what it needs to be. It'll be hit and miss but just have some patience and you'll get it

My '96 does not have a digital odometer and i tried that style of reset but no luck.

You have to pull the needle off and try to realign it back. The test is just to show if you got it back to factory or not

Which needle did you pull?

Oil pressure.

On the recalibrate link you sent me, it says that I will have a readout on my odometer. The only problem is, I have the older style manual odometer. I'm going to mess with it a little bit more tomorrow. Thanks for your help.
