a-pillar question

I have my eyes on an 04 srt10 A-pillar with the gauge hole. I'll be putting an air zenith digital air pressure gauge in it to watch my tank pressure.. Now my question is what is the difference between the 02-05 and 06-09 A-pillars? Did they change them a little to accommodate for the change they did on the 06+ dashes? I have never looked at them before to compare.

The color is a few shades off between the two. I believe the 06 one is more greyish where the 04-05 one is more toupe.

It looks like that one is for the 02-05 rams. But to be honest the color looks like what mine is. mine is pretty close to a tanish white. Thanks for the help

Yeah that looks like the same color as mine. I called them and they said it should be the same.

Should work and fit fine. The 06-08 just had two different interior colors. I gave my boss my stock pillar because he broke the one on his 08 and he said it fit fine and was the right color so you shouldn't have any issues

No problem, Jut make sure you tell the place you are ordering from the stock color, dont want them to send the wrong one

i thought i had seen it too, i have my srt pillar sitting in the garage waiting to hold the dell streak for music/ navigation/ superchips and the phone call will be handled via bt through the hu. i just need a good way to mount it and i really want to use the pillar oh and i need superchip to release the avid so i can get it crackin

DSP makes a mount for the Trinity that is bout the same size as a GPS. Rus had sent me a link when he bought my srt pod.
