I have the unused plugs on the wiring harnesses, got the bracket on the driver side and indention on the passenger kick plate, im a little confused as to the part # i need and which setup, seen people use the bulb sockets for the jeeps as well, also do i need to buy bulbs separately, and will i have to have it flashed by dealer?

If you use the OEM LED ones, you will not need bulbs. If you use the Jeep ones then you will need them. Neither will require a dealer flash. Note, the OEM LED ones have permanent LEDs in them, they are not socketed and cannot be changed. If you want a different color than the OEM warm white, you will need to use the Jeep ones and your choice of bulbs.

I have the factory warm led floor lights on my sport and they suck to say the least. Adding led strips today.

I put the jeep ones in last week, they includes the bulbs. I did change them out to LEDs to match the rest of my interior lights.

The bulbs they included, they were incandescent though, right? Not LED?

Went with the jeep kit, 15 bucks apiece from the dealer, 16 bucks for some 194 blue leds.

That is correct. I used these

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JRE38EA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I used these in every area that would accept these bulbs, including the licence plate bulbs with no codes.
Same ones I used!
No problems at all.
I used the Red ones for dome and map lights (Red does not ruin your night vision).
I also used Red in my brake/running lights. They are way brighter than before.

I’ve been thinking about switching to the red myself. What did you use for the back bulb, festoon?
