Anyone experience hood rust??

My dads 09 in brilliant black is doing the same things in the same spots. I doubt anyone touched it they just have an issue there.

I just heard from dealer that they are replacing the entire hood for me! Hood is ordered, hopefully have it in the body shop after Thanksgiving.
