Are front rotors on 2WD one-piece with hub?

I need to help my neighbor work on his front brakes on a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500
2WD V10 truck. Are the front rotors separate from the hub, or are they all one piece? When I price the rotors online they seem to indicate it's a one piece rotor/hub, but the shop manual doesn't seem to show this unless they're just showing the 4WD rotors which seem to be separate. Can anybody clear this up for me? TIA :)

the 2WD drive rotors are one piece hub/rotor assembly...it SHOULD already have a race pressed into the hub for the inner bearing...so dont go trying to press one in unless you are sure it needs one...
