Have a fairly large one on my back left quarterpanel from where I cut off a suzuki and threw his alignment off awhile back and I want it gone! I've heard everything from using a rubber mallet to a heat gun. What's the best route for me to go?

You will crack the paint if you hit it with a mallet.

Blow in the tail pipe. Oh make sure your windows are rolled up first.

That is some rough damage. You might want to talk with a paintless dent repair. That will be your cheapest best bet.

Yeah I figured I'd see if there's any way I could get it out the right way myself, hate relying on other people for stuff like this but if it's the only way I guess I'll take it..

Not too Bad. Good news its below the bottum fold line, and easy to Fix. Could try a clamping suction cup but your looking at some Dolly, Hammer, action to start the bodywork process. Best of luck.

Thanks 03. Now that hunting season is over I need to get all the other little dings gone as well, time to get ready for the beach season and that starts with a fresh looking truck!

It's Got a HEMI
Looks like a really good PDR guy might be able to improve it but the only way to get it perfect will probably be to get it fixed and painted. Do you have a bodyshop you trust?

I've had good luck with the as seen on tv pullers. One dent akes a couple tries usually. That one is a little bit for that.
PDR guy should be able to do something with it.
My girlfriends truck has a similar dent from before she bought it from her dad. I have a buddy who has been helping me with the body work, he said the only way to get it is to use a stud gun but its on the actual body line

I recently had a dent repaired on my rear passenger side quarter panel. They had to paint it because the dent also cracked the paint. Cost me $575 all total.
