Biggest drop and biggest wheel/tire combo while still useful and without frame mods?

For a 1/3 drop I would look into a 3" lowering leaf(idk if it's 3 or 4in for those an trim some coil up front to lower it a tad.

This is on about a 3/4.5 drop on 285/50/20 tire

Agree. But 5/7 is a tad extreme, and those rims aren't the best looking in my opinion.

I DO like the cast aluminum 17's though. The flat, wide spoke ones with little accent dots and such on them.
