bleeding brakes

I have a 94 2500 diesel with 4 wheel disc brakes. (conversion using 1978 Cadilac calipers) I am having a great deal of dificulty bleeding the system. I would appreciate any ideas

are the calipers on the right sides. might sound kinda dumb but the bleed screw has to be on top or they won't bleed. yes, i have done this lol. changed calipers last winter and like an idiot didn't realise that you could mix them up.
