Blower Resistor

my interior fan only works on hi speed. i checked the voltage on the last connector coming into the fan and only got 13.xx volts when on hi speed, zero on any other setting. removed the resistor pack and found it broken with the soldered connection melted. replaced it, but it still only works on full speed. do you think it's the switch or the motor?

Motor either works or it doesn't. Make sure your resistor is still good. My dad's truck blew the blower resistor because of heat, I resoldered it and it was all good.

If the resistor checks out okay, I'd be looking hard at the switch.
