Bluetooth sound dead

anyone experience their phone connecting to the radio for cell and showing coonected on the screen but no sound? I have a 2010 laramie. Thanks,

stupid question, BUT do you have it paired correctly?

Or in your phone settings, are you on Do Not Disturber?
Just a few things I check..

Had the radio output die recently while everything else works fine. Maybe you have a bad solder connection in there.

Did you recently do an update to your phone (like next os versions)? If so that could be the reason.

I had a similar issue happen on my '15 chrysler 200 i did the latest update to my iphone and now it wont pair.
