Body alignment issues? Frame?

I have noticed that my bed is twisted as you might be able to see from the rear. I know my bed is rotted out underneith in the front passenger corner, so I figured it dropped in that corner. Looked closer and see that the bed is still lined up with the cab as far as body lines and the back window.

Now, looking at the pictures you might be able to see that the gap at the top between the cab and bed is smaller than the bottom..also, the body is in line down the side, but not in a straight line. It changes angle where the bed and cab meet. If that makes sense.

Has anyone come across this problem? Do you think my frame is bent on that side?

Most bed can be adjusted but loosening the bed bolts and positioning the bed.. tightening the bolts back down.

My 2014 is a little off. A friends 2014 is dead on..

I don't see how that would help. The bed isn't shifted. It's either dropped in that corner along with the cab or the frame is bent on that side.

Any other ideas? I really hope my frame rail on that side isn't dipped in the middle. Any tips on checking that myself before I spend almost $200 just to have the frame checked??
