Brand New Exhaust System !!!!

Just purchased a New Exhaust system from MRT and my truck sounds amazing. I looked online searching for a good exhaust and could not find one I liked either they just did not have a good exhaust tone to them or they were not T304 stainless. I came across the Exhaust from MRT by accident and I couldn't be happier with it makes the truck sound awesome how a truck should sound.

I will post a video here shortly literally just got it done !!! I have a friend with the magnaflow cat-back system on his truck and it just doesn't even compare. I will post a video link once I get it loaded to youtube.

They Designed and developed this system off my truck this picture was before it was completely welded. But apparently I received the first exhaust system the " development piece " as they called it. The ones for sale are going to be mandrel bent and be the " Production product " but I could not pass up the deal to allow them to design this system off my truck . This also does not show the sound tube they added in to manage the drone from the system and help manage the exhaust sound when it goes into the cylinder management mode and shuts down the cylinders .

What the hell is MRT and what kind of muffler did they use?

They are a performance shop in Michigan that does custom work on vehicles. They generally deal with Mustangs & Camaro's but they are moving on to Other vehicles as well. I know their mustang exhaust and Camaro exhaust and Ford Focus exhaust are really popular. I know the exhaust is T304 stainless I do not know what type of muffler they used.

Gotcha gotcha. That makes far more sense now.
It's looking like a MBRP muffler (judgin by the link)

T304 Stainless does a lot better job of 'containing' the sound in the pipe, gives a different effect than a cheap aluminumized system.

I know it is not an MBRP muffler or any other brand like magnaflow or flow master I believe it is a muffler they have manufactured for their shop if I understood correctly.

I know there are not to many options as far as exhaust for the Ram 1500 09-13 models. Most of the exhaust systems are made of either Aluminized steel or T409 and do not fit very well without modifications.

Could be my cynical side caused by running and/or owning automotive forums since about 2001 or so but I find it interesting that a guy registers today out of the blue and posts nothing but the new exhaust that was prototyped on his truck and pimps the shop that did it. In my experience 9 out of 10 times the new guy either is or works for the shop being pimped.
I've been wrong before though...

Nope just got the truck and this is the first thing I did to it never really messed around on forums to much. And if I were from the shop I would have at least made the video a little better than having my friend record it with his phone lol..
