I bought the duplicolor kit forever ago and have still put it on.... but after reading that it chips off I dunno if I wanna spend the time to do it for it to chip off.... the covers might be worth it after all

If you prep and make sure everything is all clean you should have any chipping. I used the kit and its holding up great.

Bought the Kit, Think it was Duplicolour, and it held up nice, except in 12 months both calipers died at cold -38 w/piston Seal Failure. The Newest Mopar one I got came in Black, we'll see how long it stays nice. Don't Wanna paint the other Rebuild as it will prolly leak during next cold snap.

Anyone know if powder coating would work? There's a shop down the street from me that does it. Just curious.

I used the rattle can duplicolor caliper paint on mine, hardly prepped, wiped off with a degreaser and painted. held up over a year now. only look dirty when they have break dust on em, other than that bright red.

Caliper covers are great [I've used them in the past with excellent results/longevity though they're not cheap] but who makes caliper covers for the 4th Gen Rams?

I've heard good things about the duplicolor and g2. Have the duplicolor and was gonna do them on the R/T and had it sitting in the truck for months but was too lazy. Now it's sitting in the new truck so I might do it lol
