Cant find plate lights ANYWHERE!

I've been on the hunt for license plate lights WITH the socket and exterior housing. This is an old pic of my truck, it's blurry but shows you guys which ones I'm talking about. Does anyone have the part number for everything I need? Also, I want white colored LED bulbs instead of the old dim yellow ones. Any help would be appreciated. Only ones I can find online are the incorrect shape and must have came on the older or new first gens (mines an 84).

they are difficult to get, for mine i went to napa they have license plate light assembly you solder in, at that point you might as well get both sides so they look the same.

these are similar to the ones i got but not the exact same. they might clip into your housing
