The leather that is on the center consol lid in my truck is ripped on the corners of each side where you'd rest your arm and it looks really ugly. Not too big of a deal, but I'm just wondering what the best way to make it look nice is. Maybe try to rewrap it with some other material? Thanks

You can wrap it with other leathers and it looks great. Buddy of mine did his headliner in ostrich skin. Not the same but it gives you an idea.

Never heard of the ostrich skin! I have thought about doing it with deer skin because I have a hide sitting in my garage and deer skin is pretty soft. Another idea I've had is getting Camo fabric and doing both the console and head liner

It looks good! I like the deer skin idea. The nice supple softness would be awesome once it's stretched over and i think after tanning it would look great.

Personally i feel camo is too overdone. But, that's me
