Hello guy I have a question and figured someone Herr might have the answers. I'm looking to change my the headlights on my 2002 third Gen dodge ram 1500. I currently have a set of headlights (the housings) from a third Gen Cummins I want to see if it's possible to put them on my third Gen 1500?

Yes, it is. You need the fenders, grill and bumper cover to match the headlights but it's an otherwise bolt on swap. Lots of threads if you do a search on it.

Yeah I’m doing it now. But I will say, for some reason the bumper cap didn’t line up the greatest. I’ll have to play with it some more

like said above you need to replace your fenders, grill, grill support, front bumper, and change your headlight wiring from 9007 bulbs to h13 bulbs, its not a very hard swap, ive done it many times, just depends on your budget

Keep an eye out on Craigslist and wrecking yard for a clean Parts truck. You can probably pick up everything for about $100-150

Just throwing this out there in the case your not aware, that front end is not cummins related but rather years 2006, 2007 and 2008
