So, I was at work today and decided to rinse off my 2012 1500 Laramie to get all the damn salt off my truck and the chrome. While doing so I notice the salt over the years has started to eat away at the chrome on my running board on the driver side in 4 places. All there the black plastic step meets the chrome. F YOU winter!!!! Guess it's time to buy some black running boards now! Smh. Im going to be super pissed if this happens to my rims!!!

seems like a perfectly reasonable reason to get a new set of black boards to me!

Mine was too. I try to rinse it off weekly in the winter after the first snow and salt. There must have already been cracks in my chrome running boards and Maryland LOVES to go overboard with the damn salt! I so need to move south!!!! I HATE WINTER
