clearcoat peeling

my clearcoat is peelin a little on my tailgate, i wanna debadge it but it would look worse unless i fix the clearcoat..

any suggestions on how to fix it?

new paint job...mines is doing the same on my 2nd gen...mine is on my hood and A pillar, heavy rains make it even worse, cause the rain going down the road will creep under the clear coat and create a "blister"...

Duplicolor makes a clear coat that comes in a touch up brush I have never used it but worth a shot.

not horrible and right above the dodge on the back left of the tailgate
