there is a clicking noise on my truck every time the tire rotated. I replaced the U-joints in the front end and in the drive shaft and the ball joints. There isn’t a rock or screw in the tires so I’m at a loss. Could it be the wheel bearing?

Clicking like a rock in the tire? Have you checked wheel bearings yet? What about a look at the brakes?

Don't rule out a broken cord in the tire, either. If you want to check for that, jack up the front end and rotate the wheel.

easiest way to check wheel bearing is to jack it up and grab top and bottom part of tire and try to push/pull it. there shouldnt be any play.

rotate tire a few times and do it again

I’ll check all of these this weekend. Thanks for the advice. I’ll post an update later on.

Cheap steel wheels will flex under the heavy truck and click. Perfectly normal.
