Okay well you might of seen my thread a bit ago for a cover plate for that ugly hitch when you have a body lift. Well Ricer from DF hooked me up.

He cut and bent some diamond plate and I sprayed it today. Two self tappers into the bumper and some foam tape between the two (for a cleaner look) for a total install time of 7 minutes

I think it looks great, and really cleans up the back. After Rubberfrogs post on DT with some LED reverse lights in a strip around the hitch, I am thinking about putting some going up the sides and tapped into my reverse lights. Well any of you with a body lift (even if you have the plastic PA piece) this would be a great add on!

Really does make it cleaner. Looks good! Btw, have the same tail light style on order.

I can make these if anybody wants one. Throw in some lights, hole for your camera, whatever.

Yea frog your light deal was what made me think of it. I wouldn't mind having a set of lights in it. I wish the rugged industry 6" wasn't so expensive

Looks Good Matt, but should you not take off the receiver when not in use. We have a Funny by-law if your not Towing its gotta be off as it could cause xtra damage in an accident. Not sure if any consiquences?? or if its enforced just something I heard. But as long as you don't bang your own shins/knee/quad on it i guess its ok.

No we dont have to take it off as far as I know. I actually leave it on due to the fact that it prevents people from hitting your bumpers in some cases. I've had two people back into the hitch while I was in school.
