Hi,

I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a 2018 1500 Night Edition. The PO I received from the dealer doesn't specify Night Edition. Instead, it lists 1500 Sport Crew Cab for the model and Customer Preferred Package 26Q. Is there no separate sales code for the Night Edition? Just want to make sure I'm not being subject to a 'bait and switch'.

Thanks,
Chris

I have a 2017 and the sticker does call it a night edition at the top, but if you look closely at the upper left where the pricing begins it says “sport crew cab” because really it is a sport with a package added on. The package 26Q is the night package.

Thanks JB1. I noticed that yours came with the Alpine speaker option. The dealer told me that was not available in his system for 2018, even though I could select it on the Dodge site. And, I'm surprised that the package details included in your window sticker didn't list the cat back exhaust and cold air intake. I'll call the dealer and have them ask their rep about the speakers.

Thanks again,
Chris

Not sure about the Alpine it was an option on mine, make sure your building a 2018 online not the 2017.

The 26Q package does not include the mopar exhaust or intake, those are dealer installed options that you have to pay extra for, the exhaust is about $1700 and intake around $850, your not going to get all that on a 26Q $395 option package.

Straight from the ramtrucks.com website under "RAM NIGHT build section"
Mopar® Performance Parts
With the available Mopar® Performance cold-air intake and cat-back exhaust, the Ram 1500 Night runs on optimal levels. These Mopar options can be purchased and installed at your local dealer.
