Dash bezel reinforcement?

Hey everyone I just bought a new dash bezel and wondering if anyone has tried to reinforce it? Maybe glassed over it or something? Just curious

I have not done this however it sounds like a good idea, Ive never had a problem with bezel breaking. The mounts behind it are another story.
