Different 2006 1500 3.92:1 differentials

okay, I need to swap out a destroyed rear end on a 2006 hemi Ram 1500 2006 2x4 with 3.92 track lock/posi. So allegedly there are 2 different ones; the one with a round outter flange flat on the top and bottom, and a square flange one.
Question is will they interchange, what is the actual difference?

I rebuilt mine myself for under 900 with a new posi unit from randy's ring and pinion. All new bearings. My gears were fine. It' an easy job if you have the carrier bearing cup adjusters.

Both style Ram 1500 rear axle assemblies enterchange without problem.
