DIY wire harness connector repair

Accidentally ripped a wire in half and ripped both wires out of a fuel injector connector today at work, and remembered how many times I've had to do this for other people that did the same when doing their own work. I've also seen the horrors that pass off as "repairs" that some people make when encountering this problem. So I took pics and made a write up. Enjoy
