Do I need an adjustable track bar?

Hi everyone.

I have a 2017 Ram 2500 4x4 with the 6.4 I was looking to lift it. I was doing some research and was trying to figure out if I would need to get a new adjustable front trackbar.

I was looking into a Zone or BDS 4 or 5.5 inch lift. They both seem to come with trackbar relocation brackets which I heard means you don't need a new track bar but I Also heard you would need one.

I have the BDS 4 link 5.5 on my 2106. I don't believe so. Also to for the lift the exhaust has to be reworked to fit it. I can get u some pics if your interested. I love it.

So you didn't have to put on a adjustable track bar for yours?

Also what size tires are you running with rim spec. And did you have to trim for them to fit?

No adjustable track bar. I'm running 20 in fuels on 37x12.50 Nitro Ridge Grapplers. Only had to cut out some of plastic wheel well but very very minimal.

Thanks man I love it so far. The BDS lift with the fox 2.0's make the ride awesome. I'm also getting New gears monday to compensate for tire size

When you turn all the way do you still have room. Like if you went offroad, do you think you might rub?

Also what are you MPG now that you have the lift on tires on?

^ he’s either went 456 or 488 or some where in the middle. No one in their right mind would spend the money to go to 4:10”s.

FWIW, the Thuren's fabrication track bar made a huge difference in the front end feel of my truck. Felt tighter and more confident around corners, highly recommended.

4.56's makes a huge difference with the tires. But did cost some money lol.
